Returns Policy
At Inside The Lines Tennis, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return items.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
-In their original packaging
-Unused and in the same condition that you received them
3. Proof of Purchase
All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
We offer both refunds and exchanges.

6. Return Shipping
Online Purchases: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
In-Store Purchases: Returns can be made directly at our Pro Shop.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Clothing: Clothing items can be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and a detailed explanation. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
9. Refund Processing Time
Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to be processed once we receive your returned item.
10. International Returns
We currently do not accept international returns.
